Either party may terminate the services at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice as specified in the separate service agreement. Any outstanding fees for services rendered prior to termination must be paid by the client in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms. Upon termination, we may retain any intellectual property rights as outlined above.
