Hi, I’m Justine - founder of TickDone, your friendly, organised, get-things-done Virtual Assistant.

 

Before stepping into the world of education and Learning Technology, I spent 9 years working in corporate administration. From diary management to executive support, I know what it takes to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes and I bring that same precision, professionalism, and calm approach to everything I do today.

 

After a rewarding career in teaching and digital learning support, I realised my true strength lies in helping people stay on top of the details. Now I support small business owners, freelancers, and creatives who need an extra pair of hands  whether that’s managing inboxes, streamlining onboarding, sorting digital systems, or tackling the tasks that keep falling to the bottom of the list.

 

I’m a natural organiser, a calm head in chaotic moments, and a bit of a tech-whisperer. Whether it’s streamlining admin, sorting onboarding processes, managing email inboxes, or improving your online presence, I’m all about making things simpler, faster, and actually enjoyable.
